Living with MIES
Architectural Portraits: Inside vs Outside / Private vs Public Moving from the specular and spectacular reflections presented in her previous publication The MIES Project in which she presents a series of remarkable architectural portraits, Arina Daehnick’s new collection of photographs explores how individuals experience the interior spaces of Mies-designed buildings within their day-to-day lives. In her Living with MIES Daehnick presents photographs alongside brief texts by a range of individuals who either live or work in a series of different types of spaces (whether apartments, houses, offices, or museums). This new collection of photographs brings the reader into a more intimate dimension of “living” within the world of modern architecture and design.
